Yep, that's Solange. She's fine, by the way.

It was another weekend full of work, baseball, and the Park.

After the nail-biter game Sunday (the Angels took a 4-3 lead into the bottom of the ninth, where Francisco Rodriguez loaded the bases before striking out the last two batters to end it), I watched some of this before finally heading to the Park.

When I got there, I did a few rides...but I found myself walking far far more than riding, or standing in line. I just didn't feel much like doing anything more than Big Thunder or Space Mountain.

So I walked. And walked. And walked some more.

I finally got home after midnight, tired and a little sore.

There is some good news..really good news, I think. My pants have been slipping down my hips lately. So, just for grins, I used the scale in the Penny Arcade on Main Street. If - and I say if - that thing is accurate, then I've lost 26 pounds since January.

Oh, there was supposed to be a heat wave here in soCal over the weekend.

When I left work Saturday afternoon, it was 86. It was 85 Sunday afternoon.

Brin told me that the heat wave had broken Saturday morning at sunrise. All that build-up for nothing.

Just like Al Capone's vault.

This week's schedule is going to be nuts. We're filming the TV show on Wednesday, and we have a private gig on Saturday.

Hilarity will ensue.

Oooo - look what else is being blamed on global warming!!

In 2003, an Arizona school with a zero-tolerance drug policy forced a girl to strip because another girl said that the girl had ibuprofen.

Ridiculous, right?

Well, the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled the search was unconstitutional.

Sensible, right? Then why was it a 6-5 decision??

===

Sen. Jim Inhofe says that the EPA has gotten too powerful, and "could damage [the] economy".

And he's just figuring that out now?

===

Time to get on with the day.

Be seeing you.
