Itsy Bitsy Spider

2008-09-05 - 11:08 a.m.

Since Brin got a nap yesterday, she let me take the bed last night while she slept in the armchair with the big fan pointing at her.

I was awakened at about 7am by Solange. She was chasing a spider and jumped up on the bed - and, subsequently, on me. Brin came in to find out what all the excitement was, and offered to buy breakfast if I got up and got dressed.

So we went to Denny's. Then to Target and the grocery store.

And now we're back here. At least, for now.

Bill Melendez passed away a couple days ago. You may remember his name from the various Charlie Brown TV specials.

Which reminds me - this one is now on DVD.

Nothing more to talk about today. We're going to stay out of the heat, get some lunch (eventually), take a nap, and then to the gig tonight.

It's a nice quiet Friday. The best kind.

Have a good weekend, folks.

Be seeing you.
