Smooth

2009-05-26 - 12:49 p.m.

Hope everyone had a good Memorial Day.

Work stayed crazy until about 7pm. Then suddenly all the parents realized there was school and work the next day, and everybody went home.

Well, we've had the new lasertag system for about two weeks. To make the transition easier, I wrote a couple of instruction sheets for the other employees. I think I did a good job, because I only had one "problem" phone call when I was off-duty.

So it's been a very smooth transition.

There have been a couple changes to how the game runs that I'm not happy about. I've discussed those changes with their tech support, and there will be changes made in the next revision...whenever that comes out.

The sunburns I got on my arms at the Angels game a couple weeks ago have started peeling. My face hasn't started yet.

Speaking of the Angels, the White Sox opened up a major can of whoop-ass on them with a 17-3 win. Like Nick Adenhart's debut, the Sox were hitting everything everywhere.

Tonight's game may very well be a blowout for the Angels, or a squeaker where one run decides the outcome.

That's baseball.

Well, I woke up late, so I need to get going.

Be seeing you.
