Grab A Hold

2010-02-23 - 12:44 p.m.

The dentist appointment went well yesterday. No oral cancer, no new cavities, teeth in good shape.

But I had to get up way too early for it. Today I slept in a bit.

===

After the appointment, I stopped off at Target for some LitterMaid charcoal thingies.

I saw one of those two-season DVD bundles of Tales From The Crypt for $20. Usually it's more than that for each season. I grabbed, of course.

===

This is going to be another busy week, methinks.

Again, we're short-handed enough that I may be working on Saturday. I'll be on-call, which means I call in at 11am and see if they need me. If they don't, then I'm free for the day.

We'll see how it plays out. But thanks to last week, today is day eight of nine days in a row.

Good for the paycheck, lousy for the rest. Well, we'll see what happens on Thursday. I don't know if I'll be going out or staying in and resting.

I do know I have to get my tax stuff from Bob. I need to call him and light a fire under his behind.

===

Which reminds me - we have a gig at the Moose Lodge next month. That'll help, too.

I just need to be sure to have that ENTIRE day off.

===

Everything else is pretty much status quo and quiet...the way I like it.

Okay, time to get going.

Be seeing you.
