Burning For You

First off, a big thanks to James Hudnall for linking yesterday's post to his blog. If you're over here from Hud, I appreciate you sticking around.

Just to give you an idea of what to expect: this is pretty much a what-I-think-and-what-I-do kind of place. I don't do the kind of debunking Hud does. But I will take news items and comment.

So, with apologies to Thomas Sowell, here are some random thoughts on the passing parade:

The grafitti scumbags are at it again.

I don't know why they think it's cool to mark things up. Ever see those movies where the gangs live in territories covered in grafitti, in warehouses that are disasters.

I hope they think that what they have is worth it. Maybe when they grow up they realize what's worthwhile, and what isn't.

I come home from work pretty late, and the TV stations are now starting programs on the 15- and 45-minute marks.

WHY?
