Sleeping With The Television On

Well, well. No post yesterday. I've just been sleeping late and not really getting too worked up to write. There's been a lot of political stuff going on, and although a lot of it is sickening I don't want to comment until there's more fallout (so to speak).

So, let's move on to Dave's HealthWatch, shall we?

There's going to be a delay for the CPAP, due to my own stupidity. I don't feel like going into it right now, but I should have it by the end of the month.

Till then, I have a set up that lets me sleep upright. I'll be okay.

In other health news, I've been taking walks around the parking lot at work. At a nice brisk pace, it takes me about 15 minutes to do three laps. Lately, though, I haven't wanted to stop at three, so I do four...and sometimes five.

I do feel better, and Bob the Bandleader asks me every week if I've been losing weight.

I need to continue eating better. I have a new long-distance goal that is set for about this time next year, and if it's going to happen I need to make some serious changes and keep with it.

Growing up sucks, and it's happening late for me, but it needs to happen.

Another one of those it's-about-time releases...and the timing is perfect.

I may need to go into work for a bit tomorrow and get caught up.

But I'll try to post before then.

I do take an occasional day off, but I come back.
