Dog Eat Dog

2007-04-16 - 10:52 a.m.

Last night was the final night of Spring Break.

After a busy day at work, I went and picked up some supplies and a DVD goodie.

Then I came home and watched the Mighty Ducks beat the Minnesota Wild in game 3 of the series. The Ducks lead the series 3-0.

Last year, the Ducks swept the series...but one of the opposite divisions took all seven games to decide, so the Ducks were idle for about a week. They lost the following series.

This year it looks like they may go all the way.

The Angels game in Boston was rained out...which is good for the Angels, as the Red Sox have been kicking their ass in this series. First game was 10-1, second was 8-0.

And RIGHT NOW, it's the bottom of the 5th and Boston leads 7-1.

If this keeps up, it's gonna be a LONG season.

After that, I re-routed by cable from where the TV was to where it is now. I had to nail anchors into the wall up in the corners. I spent about $13 for a box of anchors and 50 ft. of opposed to a $30 trip fee and whatever else Time Warner would have charged.

Then I flopped and watched the first two movies of this series. I'll be writing about that at a later time.

From the Out On DVD Dept:

Coming soon...even though it's only "favorite episodes".

There's no need to fear...

Today I go to the dentist for the first of two deep-cleaning sessions. Oh joy.

Be seeing you.
