Drivin' My Life Away

Good weekend here. Busy, but good.
I actually managed to get a little sleep. Not much, but some. I'll keep working at it. I think at some point I'm going to go to bed at about 9pm and sleep until my body doesn't need anymore.
Which will probably be 9pm two days later.
It's gonna be a humor day today. Just so y'all know.
Former roommate Charlie sent me a couple things that are just too good to keep to myself. First, in the You Gotta Be Kidding Dept. comes news of this upcoming movie. I had heard about it, but now the cast has been fleshed out some (I love the guy cast as "Local Announcer" - great in-joke there). I predict lots of CGI.
And from the Those Were The Days Dept. comes this pic from an old episode of Emergency!. Note the price board.
And remember, it's all Bush's fault. OPEC, the Carter presidency, oil at over $60/barrel, not being allowed to drill for new deposits, supply and demand...none of that stuff matters.
From Hud's blog comes the following two items: the story of a stupid terrorist and a report of an amazing MMORPG that will make some people never want to to anything else ever again.
Matter of fact, I think I'll go play it.
Be seeing you.
