Remember the story yesterday about the bar PA system not being there anymore? Well, turns out all is not ENTIRELY lost. Bob got a call saying the speakers would still be there for the gig tonight, so we don't have to haul his big speaker columns back down there.

I'll probably get there really early and be sure everything is set up correctly. The last thing we need is last-minute surprises...which will probably still happen.

Hillary has unveiled a plan to fight child poverty, at an annual cost of $5-6 billion. Where will that money come from? The taxpayers, of course - supposedly by collecting already owed taxes, but watch - there will be a contingency plan to fund this.

She says that almost thirteen million children live in poverty, with five million of them in "extreme poverty" - which is defined as their parents making less than half of the federal poverty level. I wonder how many of those parents are spending money on things other than their children...things like new cars and electronics.
