Blown By The Wind

2008-10-13 - 1:37 p.m.

Saturday we played the birthday party, and I rushed down to the game meet...just long enough to visit. The organizers, who also didn't get much play-time in, invited me to their home for a quick game.

So I got to play Pizza Box Baseball. This is one I may pick up soon.

Sunday we had a wind advisory and the temp dropped into the 70s. I had to close up the apartment to keep the dust levels down. I did some detailing of the KLAX game and dug out my copy of 9.

And basically relaxed.

===

Today the wind is continuing to blow, and the fires have already started. I hope it doesn't get as bad as last year.

But the high winds bring out the firebugs.

Time to get ready for work.

Happy belated anniversary to John and Brin, and a pleasant Columbus Day to all.

Be seeing you.
