In The Air Tonight

Well, I bit the bullet yesterday and bought the flat screen and a new graphics card. I'll probably install them tomorrow while the laundry is cooking.

Also, I trimmed Solange's claws and gave her the flea drops.

I can haz iodine?

Speaking of which...

When I gave Solange her flea drops, she twitched - and the drops ended up lower on her back than they should have been. She couldn't quite reach it with her tongue, but she was sure trying.

So I went to work in fear of a repeat performance. But when I came home, all was well - no spewage and no scent of spewage behind furniture.

And this morning she woke me by jumping on my full bladder. So everything is back to normal - or at least, what passes for it.

Remember, kids - flying around in corporate jets is bad for the environment. And let's face it, it's not a good idea in this economy.

Unless of course you're Nancy Pelosi. Then you get to fly in a fleet of military aircraft.

Her name is Diora Baird. She's in the upcoming Star Trek movie.

She's the actress who will be playing the part of "Orion Slave Girl".

So there's at least a couple reasons to go see it.
