Nothing Ever Goes As Planned

2009-05-01 - 11:14 a.m.

Well, yesterday didn't quite go as planned.

I was going to go out to dinner with my mom and then come home to catch Hell's Kitchen. However, there was a last-minute announcement of a game group meeting and Mom had to postpone.

So I went to the group meet.

I played Battlestar Galactica for the first time. There were so many Cylon attacks during the first three-quarters that the humans didn't have much of a chance. Fun, though.

Then I came home and fell down for awhile.

From The Smoking Gun comes this:

Erik Slye of Montana didn't want to serve on a jury. So, when he was called up, he asked to be excused.

Reasonable, right? Well...

===

So after dinner with Mom, I bring Laila home.

Here's hoping.

Okay. More laundry and such to do.

Be seeing you.
