Calm Before The Storm

Pretty much another standard weekend for me.

The temperature has dropped a little, but the humidity is spiking in the evening. I came home Friday night to find that, although it was only about 75 degrees, the humidity was 86%.

The kittehs seems to be doing well. I've seen several more grooming sessions, and even better - I've seen no fighting.

I hope this means that they are getting along better.

The band gig went very well, also.

The Extra Special Guest Star was...Dave Kern. He came in to celebrate a buddy's birthday, and wound up sitting in on bass and (for a couple songs) drums.

It was good to play music with him again.

Beyond that...nothing else is happening.

The summer season is a little more than half over, and it's gone smoothly. Let's hope it stays that way.

Of course, now that I've said that, all hell will break loose.
