Well, the temperatures have jumped into the low 100s here. The evening are a bit cooler but very humid.

When this weather happens, I get logy - I slow way WAY down.

Once I get to work and I'm in the air conditioning, I'll be better.

So some things in Medicare will be cut back, so other people can get coverage. How is this not "rationing"?

Here's more on the dollars-for-dishwashers program I mentioned yesterday.

Each state can pick which models qualify and for how much. And since the manufacturers don't know which models will qualify - and therefore, which ones to make more of - they are in a bit of a holding pattern.
