Absolutely true. The laundry room is available to the entire apartment complex...unlike my shower. :)

Beats the apartment complex where our downstairs 20-something trust-fund kiddie neighbors would toss a load in and then disappear all day � so when you went into the laundry room, you found both washers filled with wet clothes. Sure, you could dump 'em on the table, but then you had no room to sort and fold your own stuff.
