It's Tuesday, Day Four of Fire Watch.

According to today's article in the Register, the Freeway Complex fire is 75% contained, and they hope for full containment by tomorrow.

There's also an investigation into what might be the cause of the Freeway Complex fire: a hot catalytic converter.

If full containment does happen tomorrow, then I'll spend Thursday and Friday cleaning. It needs to be done, anyway.

UPDATE: Well, at least Thursday during the day. Just got an e-mail saying my gaming group will be having a Thursday evening meet. I'm SO there.

So my dentist appointment went well. It was just a cleaning, and things are improving. The fire made it with a block or two of my dentist's office, but no closer. After that, I mailed Brin's Christmas present at the post office next door.

I then, as is my wont, had lunch at Chevy's before going in to work. As I left, I saw a fire truck parked outside - I guess the firefighters were taking a break.

I left a note of thanks on their truck. If I could have, I would have bought their lunch.
