Comic Book Heroes

Last night I watched the Angels come-from-behind win against the Twins. They didn't have the lead until the bottom of the 10th, when Mike Napoli hit a walk-off single to win it 6-5.

Oh, and I did laundry. Whee.

Today is the second day of Comic Con International.

It's been over twenty years since I've been to Comic Con. That was when I had fewer bills and a job where I could take four days off.

Maybe next year I'll go just on Thursday and take the train down. We'll see if my financials allow me to do that.

I've actually made it to the next-to-last level in Doom 3.

The final level is one big fight with the mother of all boss monsters.

If I get there today, that kind of mayhem is perfect for prepping me for a Friday night at work.
