Life continues. It's the 10th of the month. Gotta mail the rent check and give the kittehs their flea drops. === Fannie Mae needs even more money. So let's see now. DMV. Post Office. Medicare. Social Security. Unemployment over 10%, despite the stimulus passing (remember, President Obama said it could go as high as 9% if the stimulus WASN'T passed). The swine flu vaccine. "Cash For Clunkers" (how many dealers are STILL waiting for their money?) The Bay Bridge, if you stretch a bit. And now Fannie Mae. Is the government REALLY the entity you want running your health care? Well, you may be forced to, if it passes. === From Neal Boortz: In 230 years the federal government of this country has NEVER required the American people to purchase any consumer item or service. Now, if PelosiCare passes, you can be jailed for five years for refusing to buy health insurance.
=== Speaking of the government... Hey, remember Kelo v. New London? Where the Supreme Court decided that people's property rights didn't matter if more tax money could be made? Ever wonder how that worked out? Well, wonder no more - Pfizer, the company that got the government to take those homes away, has decided to leave New London and NOT build the plant they were going to build. So all these people lost their homes FOR NOTHING. === Okay, gotta pay the rent. Be seeing you.
